Wild Boor Ideas, The Company...

There are many places you may have seen Emma Boor, maybe at one of her regular sessions for 0-5s in Oxford: in particular, “Play The World” (Pegasus Theatre); Suitcase Stories or Bookworm (The Story Museum), and her new project, ‘The Puppet Pedlar’, where she uses a cargo bike to bring out-of-door puppetry presentations to schools and local venues.

Emma’s suite of 13 theatre shows regularly appear at the Pegasus Theatre, The Story Museum and at the JdP, St Hilda’s College. These 7 solo shows, 5 two handers and 1 three hander include the sell out show: Winnie and Wildbur, A Christmas Adventure (adapted from the book by Valerie Thomas and Korky Paul), The Peanut Butter Pirates, Cinderella Green the Recycling Queen, Heidi and The Snowglobe and Super Market Scrooge.

Emma has also published two puppet-making books, “Sock Goblins” and “Bin Goblins”, as part of OUP’s Oxford Reading Tree series. Delve further into this site to find Emmas 8 early years online videos featuring story telling, puppets and puppet making (commissioned jointly by Dancin’ Oxford and the Pegasus Theatre), puppet making workshops and ways to book Emma to visit your school, community group or local event.
